湾区校友会夏季野餐聚会(7月20号星期天)
Dear Alumni and Friends:Summer is here! Please join us for our upcoming Summer Picnic Party!
We all had a really great time at last year's Summer BBQ Picnic! More than 2
00 people joined the event. Now we are looking forward to another successful
picnic party this year with your participation.
Same as last year, we are glad to have Silicon Valley Tianjin University Alu
mni Association to join our Nankai Alumni Association – San Francisco Bay A
rea to host the summer BBQ Picnic Party this year. We have reserved a large
BBQ area in the same location, the Rengstorff Park in Mountain View, which i
s a very beautiful community park with many facilities for sports and fun to
handle our event.
Please bring your family and your friends to join us for the great day under
sunshine, tasting great food, and meeting hundreds of old school mates and
new friends.
WHEN: The Summer Picnic Party is going to be held on Sunday, July 20, 2008.
The Party will start around 12:00 noon.

ACTIVITIES: We will have Volleyball games, and there are a large kids' playg
round around and a few large open fields for other activities that may come
up during the day.
FEE/COST: $10 for all adults, and $5 for seniors & kids of 8-12 years old. C
hildren below 8 years old will be admitted free. The admission fee will cove
r all meals & activities.
DEADLINE: Your RSVP is needed for preparing enough food for this event. Plea
se mark your calendar and reply by responding to the evite invitation letter
. Also, please specify how many adults and children will be attending befor
e July 13th and no later then July 18th, 2008. Thank You!
VOLUNTEER are also needed to help with all activities to make this Picnic Pa
rty successful. So please let us know if you can help.
